Our mission has always been simple, to make people happy — our team, farmers and suppliers, and of course all of our guests and local communities. As all of our lives have been changed so much so quickly and we are all dealing with feelings of immense anxiety, fear, and sadness, we are committed to finding new purpose, and to go above and beyond to touch people’s lives in a positive way. We are committed to doing everything possible to keep our team at work and hire back as many people as possible when it is safe to do so.

One of our core values is to Be The Smith, and we have created this fund to help provide relief to our team. We are accepting donations that will be distributed to them directly as we navigate this crisis.
