Pick up or delivery is available daily for lunch and dinner. Whether you’re feeding a small group or a full office, our menu options are perfect for any occasion.

Click here to order for ChicagoHow far in advance should I place my order? We kindly ask that all orders be submitted by 5PM the day before your pick up or delivery date. Planning ahead? Orders can be placed up to 30 days in advance.
What are your catering hours? We offer catering daily, 11:30am – 10pm.
Is there a minimum or maximum order amount for online catering? There’s no minimum spend required. Online orders can be placed for up to $2,000. For larger orders, please contact us directly at catering@thesmithrestaurant.com.
Can I cancel my order? Things happen—we get it! Orders cannot be canceled online. To request a cancellation, please call the restaurant directly and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Please note that orders cannot be canceled less than 48 hours in advance.
Can I make changes to my order? Edits to orders must be made by calling the restaurant directly. We’ll do our best to make it happen, but changes made within 24 hours of your scheduled pick up or delivery may not be guaranteed.
Can I order for delivery? Yes, we offer delivery across Manhattan, Washington, DC, and Chicago. Enter your address when ordering to find the nearest location. Heads up: there’s a $20 delivery fee on all orders.
Can I order for pick up? Pick up is available at all our locations. Enter your address when ordering and select the location and time that works best for you.
When should I schedule my delivery? We recommend choosing a delivery time slightly earlier than when you plan to serve the food—especially if your event has a strict start time. While we do our best to arrive a few minutes before your scheduled time, unexpected delays like traffic can occasionally occur. Selecting an earlier window helps ensure everything is ready right when you need it.
What if my address is outside of your delivery zones? If you’re outside our standard delivery zones, feel free to email us at catering@thesmithrestaurant.com. While we can’t guarantee delivery, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Do you provide utensils and plates? We provide disposable utensils, serving utensils, and plates upon request. This can be selected at checkout.
Will your team assist with setup upon delivery? We provide drop-off only catering and are unable to assist with on-site setup. All items will be neatly packed and ready for you to serve.
