Ingredients
1oz Fernet Branca
.5oz Amaro Lucano
1oz Chocolate Liqueur (We use Meletti Cioccolato Liqueur) 
1oz Coconut Rum Cream (We us Brinley Shipwreck Coconut Rum Cream)
Garnish: Mint leaf + chocolate chips

Instructions
Add all ingredients to shaker tin, add ice, shake. Strain into rocks glass over a large ice cube. Garnish and enjoy!

.75oz Chile Pepper Liqueur (We use Giffard Piment d’ Espellete Liqueur)
.5oz Vanilla Liqueur (We use Giffard Vanille De Madagascar Liqueur)
7.5oz Hot Chocolate
Garnish: Cinnamon Powder

The Gatsby

Ingredients
1.5oz Gin
1oz Pomegranate-Hibiscus Syrup (recipe below)
.75oz Lemon Juice
3oz Prosecco
Garnish: Lemon Twist

Pomegranate-Hibiscus Syrup
16oz White Sugar
16oz Water
2 Bags Darjeeling Tea
3oz Dried Hibiscus Flowers
16oz Pomegranate Juice

Combine 16oz of white sugar with 16oz of water in a pot. Bring to a low boil, then add darjeeling tea bags and hibiscus flowers. Lower heat and let simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. Once the syrup has cooled, strain out the tea bags and hibiscus flowers, then add pomegranate juice and stir to combine. Keep refrigerated until ready to use.

Add gin, pomegranate-hibiscus syrup, and lemon juice to a shaker tin, add ice, shake. Strain into a coupe glass and top with prosecco. Garnish and enjoy!
